Malvinas Day Poems Poems April 2

A
Malvinas Guys

today are men ... And some are
grandparents were kids

But the day they left.

To face a powerful enemy

Able to shake the earth with fire.

And then ... These guys knew

The betrayal, abandonment, suffering ...

And the anger ...
De
watch helplessly as so many fellow
not returned.

And nothing would be equal
for their lives, because there would be a hollow

Deep and terrible,

Do not be filled with words ... not with promises

As the wind light.

The homeland ... I owe the honor they deserve
,
These real heroes,
And the people who love them! ... And they understand

The immense sacrifice they offered.
